solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in Atlanta, GA, to lead classes and develop other coaches. The Head Coach will maintain a schedule of 8 classes a week and ensure top-level coaching and fitness experiences.

This full-time role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of group fitness experience, flexible availability, and a passion for fitness. The position offers a compensation range of $62,091 to $69,076 along with benefits such as flexible PTO and full health coverage.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the studio's lead coach, maintaining a full class schedule.
• Provide coaching and development to other coaches.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness experience.
