This full-time, exempt position requires coaching about 11 classes weekly alongside operational duties to ensure studio success. The position includes a competitive salary range of $65,047-$72,365 and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach 11 classes per week as the lead coach.
• Provide feedback and support to coaching team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and fitness experience.
