Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in Thousand Oaks to lead the studio’s coaching team and deliver a best-in-class fitness experience. You will coach an average of eleven classes per week, develop coaches, and maintain high client satisfaction.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, routine outreach, and the ability to manage studio operations with energy and professionalism. Join a fast-growing boutique fitness network and inspire the community.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of group fitness experience.
• Flexible and variable availability including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office (Excel/Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the studio’s lead coach and maintain a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations and coach development for new and existing coaches.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service consistent with solidcore standards.
• Meet utilization and retention targets for the studio and individual performance.
