Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in San Francisco to lead the studio, coach an average of ten classes per week, and shape the experience for clients and staff. You will model the brand, deliver outstanding service, and support day-to-day studio operations in collaboration with the Area Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of group fitness experience, show leadership, and can drive community outreach while maintaining energetic, engaging sessions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of group fitness experience.
• Outgoing and personable; enjoys building relationships.
• Able to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced studio.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach for the studio with a 10-class weekly schedule.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Meet studio utilization and retention goals.
• Assist Area Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Lead outreach and community partnerships to scout new clients.
• Provide coach development and trainings in-person.
• Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of studio retail, promotions, and apparel.
• Handle inventory and sales logs; keep equipment immaculate.
