Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in Los Angeles, CA to lead the studio’s coaching team and deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience. You will coach an average of eleven classes per week, set expectations for other coaches, and drive member engagement and retention in a fast-paced boutique studio.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of group fitness experience is required.
• Ability to coach 11 classes per week and lead a team.
• Strong client relations and communication skills.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and Excel for studio tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach for the studio with a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations and model standards for other coaches.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and service experience per brand.
• Meet utilization and retention goals for the studio and individuals.
• Assist with day-to-day operations under Area Manager guidance.
• Lead outreach and partnerships to grow client base.
• Provide coach development and on-stone trainings support.
• Respond to client requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio packages and promotions.
• Handle routine tasks like inventory and sales logs.
• Keep studio and equipment clean, safe, and functional.
• Perform other duties as needed.
