Job summary

solidcore in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Head Coach who is passionate about sharing the brand and workout. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Head Coach will lead the studio, coach an average of eleven classes per week, and deliver a best-in-class experience aligned with solidcore standards.

You will develop coaches, provide feedback, support trainings, and partner with the community to attract new clients while maintaining operations and studio visibility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Flexible and variable schedule including weekends & holidays.
• Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office (Excel, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Lead coach for the studio with a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and provide development feedback.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Support day-to-day studio operations and community outreach.
