Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a Head Coach passionate about our brand and workouts. You will coach an average of eight classes weekly, set coaching standards, and mentor teammates while ensuring a top-tier client experience.

You will lead by example, driving studio utilization and retention while supporting daily operations and community outreach. This role requires energy, reliability, and strong relationship-building within a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift / carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Flexible and variable availability including weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the solidcore studio’s lead coach, maintaining a full schedule of 8+ classes per week.
• Setting expectations for new and existing coaches.
• Delivering a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience aligned with solidcore standards.
• Meeting utilization & retention targets for the studio.
• Assisting with day-to-day studio operations as directed by the Area Manager.
• Lead outreach and marketing efforts to scout new clients and partnerships.
