Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in Denver to lead the studio’s coaching team, maintain an 11-class weekly schedule, and ensure a best-in-class client experience. You will guide new coaches, deliver feedback, and support daily studio operations while fostering community partnerships.

The role emphasizes coaching development, strong client relations, and a proactive approach to studio growth and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Optimism and hard work with a love for health and fitness.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the studio’s lead coach with a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and deliver feedback.
• Provide a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Meet studio utilization and retention goals for the team and the studio.
• Assist Area Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Lead outreach and marketing to scout new clients and partnerships.
