Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a Head Coach who is passionate about sharing the [solidcore] brand and workout. The Head Coach will lead the studio, coach an average of eleven classes per week, and serve as a model for other coaches in delivering a high quality client experience.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive staff development, oversee daily operations, and participate in outreach to grow the client base while maintaining exceptional service and studio standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift / carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Flexible and variable availability including weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the studio’s head coach and maintain a full schedule of classes.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Provide coach development and feedback to the team.
• Support day-to-day studio operations and marketing outreach.
