Solidcore in Washington, DC is seeking a Head Coach to lead the studio team and deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience. The role requires coaching ~11 classes weekly, mentoring coaches, and supporting studio operations with a growth mindset.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of group fitness experience, strong leadership, and a passion for building client relationships. Flexible schedule and full-time commitment are expected in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of group fitness experience required.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• 40-hour work week; exempt, full-time.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead as studio’s head coach with a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations and mentor other coaches.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service aligned with Solidcore standards.
• Meet utilization and retention goals for the studio.
• Support day-to-day studio operations and outreach to grow client base.
• Provide coach development and feedback during trainings.
