solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in the United States to lead the studio's coaching team and deliver a best-in-class fitness and client experience. You will coach around eight classes weekly, set standards, and develop other coaches with ongoing feedback in-studio.

The role includes supporting daily operations and community outreach to grow the studio. You should be energetic, personable, and capable of inspiring others, with 1–2 years of group fitness experience and the ability to lift 30

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of group fitness experience required.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for studio operations.
• Outgoing, personable with strong relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead as studio's lead coach with 8+ classes per week.
• Model expectations for new and existing coaches.
• Provide best-in-class fitness and customer service aligned with solidcore standards.
• Meet utilization and retention goals for the studio and individuals.
• Assist Area Manager with daily studio operations and outreach to generate new clients.
• Deliver formal/informal feedback and support for coach trainings.
