[solidcore] is seeking a Head Coach in Los Angeles to lead the studio team, deliver top-tier workouts, and drive client engagement. The role combines coaching excellence with studio operations, marketing outreach, and people leadership to uphold [solidcore] brand standards.

The position requires an energetic, reliable coach who can manage a busy schedule, mentor staff, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in group fitness or coaching.
• Ability to coach approximately 11 classes per week.
• Excellent client relations and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Mansioni

• Serve as the studio’s lead coach with a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and lead by example.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience per solidcore standards.
• Meet studio and company utilization and retention targets.
• Assist Area Manager with day-to-day studio operations.
• Lead outreach and marketing to scout new clients and create partnerships in the community.
• Provide coach development with feedback and assist trainings in-person.
• Respond to client requests promptly and resolve concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of studio retail like class packages and promotions.
• Handle routine tasks: ordering supplies, inventory, and sales logs.
• Keep studio and equipment impeccably maintained and functional.
• Take on other duties and projects as needed.
