Job summary

KidStrong Edina is seeking a high-energy leader to help deliver the KidStrong experience to kids from crawling through 11 years old. You will split time between coaching on the floor and leading center operations, member engagement, and sales efforts.

As part of the core management team, you will mentor coaches, drive membership growth, and partner with the GM to ensure a premier experience for families and kids at the Edina center.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth programs is preferred.
• Strong leadership, ownership, and high standards are expected.
• Able to coach and sell membership to families.
• Clear communication with kids, parents, and team is essential.
• Reliable, energetic, and adaptable in a growing business.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KidStrong experience on the floor with high energy and safety.
• Develop and mentor coaching staff; set high-performance standards.
• Share responsibility for center growth, membership goals, and engagement.
• Support daily operations and member experience in partnership with the GM.
