Qualifications

• 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• Hands-on CNC setup or editing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision hand tools.
• Must reside within 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment on multi-axis mills and lathes to finish high-precision aluminum die cast components.
• Load programs, adjust tool offsets, and modify processes to maintain tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot surface finish defects, dimensional variations and tool wear.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM reports.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and monitor coolant and basic machine care.
• Maintain accurate process records including counts, QC metrics, and setup adjustments.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth, high-volume production.
