Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment for multi-axis mills and lathes.
• Load G-code programs and adjust tool offsets as needed.
• Troubleshoot surface finish, dimensional, and tool wear issues.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, depth indicators, and CMM reports.
• Maintain tooling and conduct preventive machine care.
