Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Senior CNC Setup Technician for the Cedarburg, WI area on a 3rd shift, direct-hire basis. The role focuses on leading setups, editing offsets, and ensuring high-precision aluminum die-cast components in a high-volume, ISO-certified facility with strong tenure amongst the team.

Expect base pay up to $41.00/hr ($85,280/yr) plus a bonus potential, 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer
• Hands-on CNC setup or editing experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision inspection tools
• Must live within 45 minutes of Cedarburg, WI
• US work authorization (no sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment, including multi-axis mills and lathes
• Load G-code programs, adjust tool offsets, and modify processes as needed
• Troubleshoot quality and tooling issues, including surface finish and dimensional variations
• Perform quality inspections with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, depth indicators, and CMM reports
• Execute tool changes and maintain tooling, life and preventive maintenance
• Maintain accurate process records: counts, quality metrics, tool wear, setup adjustments
• Contribute to a high-volume automated machining environment on 3rd shift
