Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Technical Project Leader to own end-to-end deployment programs for Spark deployments across energy, data center, and manufacturing sites. You will manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams, coordinating with real estate, finance, manufacturing, cloud, and site design to keep projects on the critical path.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience managing complex, capital-intensive infrastructure design & construction projects (data centers, energy, advanced manufacturing).
• Budgets exceeding $100M.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMp or CAPM preferred.
• Safety & readiness focus.
• Travel to sites 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the project schedule, budget, and resource allocation for one or more Spark deployments to ensure projects meet or exceed the targeted Available to Customer dates.
• Master Schedule: Create and maintain the project’s master schedule; know the critical path and keep teams aligned with deadlines.
• Site Readiness: Coordinate with Crusoe and 3rd party SMEs on site design, permitting, procurement, and interconnection timelines.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify bottlenecks in procurement, construction, networking, and power readiness with a Plan B.
