Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a proactive Research Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across clinical trial sites. You will manage staff, drive enrollment performance, and ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency for multiple studies.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on CRC support when needed. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a science field, 3+ years as a senior CRC, and experience with EMR/CTMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; science disciplines preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a senior Clinical Research Coordinator; some management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and research protocols.
• Proficiency with EMR and CTMS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities across research site(s), including staff management and operational planning.
• Create and implement standardized clinic workflows to drive operational excellence.
• Oversee site visits (SIVs) and inventory of study supplies.
• Monitor timelines and ensure quality and compliance across studies.
• Lead onsite training of clinical operations staff and ensure timely task completion in CMMS/EMR systems.
• Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and investigators to meet enrollment targets and site health.
