Job summary

ECN Operating LLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead clinical site operations, ensuring compliant, efficient trials from initiation through close-out. You will oversee staff, budgets, regulatory submissions, data integrity, and collaboration with Sponsors, CROs, and monitors to drive study performance and patient-centric care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
• At least 5 years in clinical research management or similar leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, study execution from initiation to close-out per protocol.
• Manage site revenue, expenses, budgets, and sponsor billing; collaborate with finance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, GCP/ICH and audit readiness; maintain documentation.
• Lead training and onboarding of site staff; coordinate site meetings.
• Coordinate with Sponsors, CROs and vendors to ensure timely study deliverables.
• Maintain data integrity and source documentation across all study activities.
