Job summary

Iterative Health seeks a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee complex industry-sponsored trials at the site level, driving enrollment, compliance, and quality care for participants.

The Sr. CRC will mentor junior staff, coordinate study activities across sites, and ensure adherence to GCP, FDA regulations, and SOPs, while maintaining strong sponsor relations and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Must be able to perform blood draws and EKGs where allowed by state law.
• CCRC® or CCRP® certification strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GCP and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage complex industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up to closeout.
• Coordinate complex visit schedules and protocol activities with timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention initiatives for enrollment performance.
• Mentor and support junior coordinators and staff on trial processes and sponsor communications.
• Conduct protocol-required visits and procedures (vital signs, ECGs, specimen collection) as allowed.
