Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee complex industry-sponsored trials, mentor staff, and drive site performance with high compliance. You will manage visit schedules, collect data, ensure safety reporting, and collaborate with sponsors and CROs to meet enrollment goals.

You will coordinate protocol activities, supervise junior researchers, and contribute to process improvements while upholding GCP and HIPAA standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Must be able to perform blood draw, measures, and EKGs as applicable.
• CCRC® or CCRP® or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical research operations.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior research staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage complex industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Coordinate study visit schedules and protocol activities to meet timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention initiatives to support enrollment goals.
• Mentor junior coordinators and research staff on trial processes and sponsor communications.
• Ensure protocol-specified visits, data collection, and safety reporting are compliant.
• Maintain study documentation, CTMS updates, and regulatory readiness.
