Job summary

Pinnacle Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our research site, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with the Principal Investigator, Site Director, and regional leadership to ensure study timelines and quality.

You will serve as the primary liaison with sponsors, CROs, and vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, manage study documentation, recruit participants, and oversee safety reporting and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational abilities essential for coordinating trials.
• Knowledge of SOPs, FDA regulations, and regulatory guidance.
• Experience with clinical research coordination and regulatory submissions.
• Familiarity with electronic data capture and study documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of clinical research staff and studies.
• Coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor adherence to protocols and study timelines.
• Act as liaison with sponsors, CROs, and vendors.
• Prepare for and facilitate study monitor visits.
