Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations to lead on-site operations across multiple sites. You will oversee staff performance, ensure protocol adherence, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet study milestones and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, project management, and communication skills within a fast-growing clinical research organization serving Phase I–IV studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years’ experience as a clinical research coordinator (CRC) is required.
• 1+ years of management experience in clinical research is highly preferred. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site oversight to ensure execution and coordination of clinical research activities per ICH, GCP and FDA guidelines.
• Lead operational performance of the clinical research staff and drive study milestones, budgets and quality data to sponsors.
• Review dashboards and systems to ensure timely execution of visits, calls, and protocol adherence.
