Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I (CRC I) to support day-to-day trial activities and the delivery of high-quality patient experiences across industry-sponsored studies.

You will coordinate patient visits, procedures, recruitment, informed consent, and data collection in alignment with protocols, GCP guidelines, and site SOPs, while maintaining accurate source records and CTMS updates.

Qualificações

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline required.
• 1–3 years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• Ability to perform blood draw, vital signs, and ECGs where state law permits.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply research protocols and clinic policies.
• Proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with clinical research systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient visits, procedures, and study-related activities per protocol and timelines.
• Support patient recruitment and retention activities including chart review, outreach, scheduling, and informed consent.
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments per GCP guidelines and site SOPs.
• Perform protocol-required clinical procedures including vital signs, ECGs, specimen collection, and investigational product accountability, as permitted.
• Process laboratory specimens and prepare shipments in accordance with protocol requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely study documentation including source records and CTMS updates.
• Ensure high-quality data entry and timely resolution of data queries.
• Serve as a point of contact for study participants throughout participation.
• Maintain communication with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and internal site teams.
