Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Lead Clinical Consultant to shape the clinical strategy for Post Go-Live Readiness. You will lead the Support Readiness Fundamentals series and deliver content tailored to site needs, guiding onsite and virtual readiness events.

You will collaborate with informatics, clinicians, and leadership to ensure EHR go-live success, sustainment, and continuous process improvements across healthcare IT environments. Travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required.
• RN licensure preferred; master’s in Health Informatics or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, build and workflow alignment.
• Proven project management experience with clinical transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of the Support Readiness Fundamentals series.
• Provide site leadership for EHR sustainment post go-live and guide readiness events.
• Identify risks and issues with the Project Manager and mitigate post-go-live challenges.
• Serve as the clinical liaison among informatics, healthcare providers, and leadership.
• Partner with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Develop strategic informatics plans for smooth clinical transitions during go-live.
• Educate informatics teams on sustainment processes and best practices.
• Lead rapid process improvement and workflow adoption initiatives.
• Support adoption of new workflows by end users and super users.
