Qualifications

• BCBA certification and TX license in good standing.
• Supervisory or leadership experience developing clinicians.
• Fluent in data literacy for clinical quality and operations.
• Clear, proactive communication and high clinical bar.
• Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical quality and day-to-day operations for your center.
• Supervise your team and actively support their development.
• Manage performance and team accountability, including interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Support hiring — help build the team you actually want to lead.
• Partner with families and lead family engagement.
• Keep the center audit- and review-ready (compliance you can stand behind)
