Job summary

Gracent is seeking a Lead BCBA in a hands-on clinical leadership role at our St. Charles, IL center. You will maintain direct clinical accountability, supervise RBTs, mentor BCBAs, and contribute to center growth with data-driven decisions.

You will also partner with families, support hiring, and help develop new centers. A strong BCBA with leadership skills thrives here, blending clinical work with mentorship and operational impact.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and IL licensure required.
• Experience mentoring BCBAs and RBTs preferred.
• Ability to lead clinical teams with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct clinical accountability by conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Provide clinical mentorship and support to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Mentor and onboard newer BCBAs and support their development.
• Assist with hiring and help build a strong clinical team.
• Partner with the Area Director on clinical quality and center priorities.
• Use Power BI data to identify schedule and performance opportunities.
• Support marketing, community outreach, and family tours.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure integrated care.
