Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Clinical Director to serve as the clinical heartbeat of the center, championing high-quality care, coaching and growing BCBAs, and guiding each child’s journey with compassion and play-centered approaches.

You will lead a collaborative, research-driven team, overseeing tours, assessments, onboarding, and progress toward outcomes while fostering a supportive, growth-focused culture for staff and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification required.
• Experience setting up and directing programs for children with autism.
• Experience overseeing and training BCBAs.
• Experience in OBM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality by coaching and mentoring BCBAs.
• Oversee tours, assessments, and onboarding for new learners.
• Manage center operations and drive client progress using outcome metrics.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to shape culture and lead the center.
