Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Clinical Director to serve as the clinical heartbeat of the center, mentoring BCBAs, guiding families, and driving high-quality care. The role emphasizes coaching, research-driven practice, and leadership in a compassionate environment focused on kids ages 2–9.

You will lead clinical quality, oversee intake and onboarding, and collaborate with the Practice Manager to foster a positive team culture while advancing center milestones and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification.
• Demonstrated skills and experience in setting up and directing programs for children with autism.
• Experience overseeing and training other BCBAs.
• Experience in OBM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case reviews and support BCBAs with real-time problem solving and professional growth.
• Oversee tours, assessments, and onboarding for new learners and families.
• Drive progress using clinical outcome metrics while maintaining creativity, compassion, and play.
• Partner with Practice Manager to shape a positive, team-first culture and lead the center.

Education
