Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director to own clinical quality and daily operations at the Saint Charles area center. You will supervise clinicians and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and other professionals to raise care standards.

You’ll lead data-informed practice, implement the Care Calculator, and partner with families to drive outcomes while maintaining compliance and strong engagement across the team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and TX license in good standing.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience developing clinicians.
• Fluency in data to own clinical quality and operational health.
• Clear, proactive communication and high clinical standards.
• Commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs.
• Ability to perform essential functions (sitting, standing, lifting up to 45 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Own clinical quality and day-to-day operations for your center.
• Supervise your team and actively support their development.
• Manage performance and cross-disciplinary accountability.
• Support hiring to build the team you want to lead.
• Partner with families and lead family engagement.
• Keep the center audit- and review-ready (compliance you can stand behind).
