Job summary

Gracent is seeking a Lead BCBA for the IL St. Charles area to remain clinically active while expanding leadership, mentorship, and center growth.

You will supervise RBTs, coach BCBAs, participate in onboarding, and partner with the Area Director to uphold high clinical standards, including data-driven decision making using Power BI. You will also participate in hiring, family tours, community outreach, and interdisciplinary collaboration with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and IL license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of applied BCBA experience.
• Ability to mentor and develop other clinicians.
• Strong clinical judgment and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct clinical accountability by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing parent training, and supervising RBTs/BTs.
• Provide clinical mentorship and support to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Mentor and onboard newer BCBAs and support their continued clinical development.
• Assist with hiring and help build a strong clinical team.
• Partner with the Area Director on clinical quality, team development, and center priorities.
• Use Power BI data to identify opportunities around makeups, unconverted hours, follow-ups, and center performance.
• Support marketing, community outreach, and family tours.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers to provide truly interdisciplinary care.
• Support new center development, high-capacity centers, or other centers when additional clinical leadership is needed.
