Job summary

Gracent in St. Charles, IL, is seeking a Lead BCBA to stay deeply connected to clinical work while expanding leadership, mentorship, and ownership across the center. You’ll manage cases, mentor BCBAs and RBTs, and partner with the Area Director to uphold high clinical standards.

You’ll use data to drive improvement, participate in hiring, onboarding, and family outreach, and support center growth. This role offers a clear path toward Clinical Director and potential new center development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and IL license required.
• Minimum 2 years of applied BCBA experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and proactive communication.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical mentorship and support to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Onboard newer BCBAs and support continued clinical development.
• Assist with hiring and build a strong clinical team.
• Partner with Area Director on clinical quality and center priorities.
• Use Power BI data to identify opportunities around schedule and performance.
• Support marketing, community outreach, and family tours.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Contribute to center development and leadership coverage as needed.
