Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director to own clinical quality and day-to-day operations at our St. Charles, IL center. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape care standards, and ensure top-tier outcomes.

The role emphasizes supervision, performance management, and collaboration with families. You’ll work with dedicated support teams for scheduling, billing, authorizations, and RBT recruitment, while maintaining a strong clinical leadership presence.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and TX licensure in good standing.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles overseeing a clinical team.
• Ability to own both clinical quality and operational health with data-driven mindset.
• Clear, proactive communication and collaboration across disciplines.
• Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs.
• Ability to perform essential functions including lifting up to 45 lbs.
