Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret procedures in a technical field.
• Associate's degree or technical certification is required.
• Minimum six months of directly job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and repairs Audio-Visual equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Reads and interprets equipment schematics and CAD drawings.
• Provides training and leadership to student workers.
• Assists with purchasing and commissioning technology.
• Loads code or firmware and supports testing network devices.
• First responder for reported technical issues.
• Regular maintenance and modification of equipment as needed.
• Tracks incidents, openings, and closures of tickets.
• Performs other duties as required.
