Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in industrial construction or field engineering.
• Experience with work packages, QA/QC, and multi-discipline field execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of construction engineers and drive field execution from planning to commissioning.
• Interface between engineering, EPC leadership, and contractors; conduct constructability reviews.
• Manage cost, schedule, and contractor performance; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
