Job summary

Cajun Industries, LLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead overall civil construction operations across complex projects. You will supervise site leadership, manage schedules and costs, and maintain client relationships with a focus on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in civil/heavy civil work, a relevant degree, and proven ability to coordinate multiple crews, equipment, and subcontractors while driving performance and development of team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in civil, heavy civil, or industrial construction.
• Experience overseeing multiple crews, projects, or Superintendents.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and oversight for site/project operations.
• Oversee, support, and develop Project Superintendents and field leadership.
• Build and maintain client relationships; serve as primary contact for owners and clients.
• Monitor site safety performance and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Review progress, cost, and productivity reports; adjust site strategy and resources.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordinate resources across projects.
