Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate construction activities to meet schedule and quality requirements.
• Plan procedures based on starting/completion times and staffing needs for each phase.
• Coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors to resolve issues and improve methods.
• Review progress reports on materials used and costs; adjust schedules accordingly.
• Hire and develop superintendents and coordinate warranty work across sites.
• Maintain effective relationships with subcontractors, owners, designers, and vendors.
• Coordinate with project management and area safety supervisors to manage incidents.
• Communicate between divisions and ensure adherence to safety policies.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms to specifications.
