Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Manager for the Land Development Division to support our Data Center group. The ideal candidate will bring eight plus years of experience in land development and four years in a PM role, with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.

Travel to project sites nationwide is required. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure design and construction documents meet code and client standards.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of total experience, with at least four years as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and Westwood offices nationwide.
• Experience in land development, real estate development and/or construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage Land Development Data Center civil projects on schedule and within budget.
• Consult with clients to determine project requirements.
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, and geologic data to plan and design projects.
• Visit project sites to assess existing conditions.
• Prepare reports, design specifications, and construction administration documents.
• Conduct on-site observations during construction to monitor progress.
• Coordinate with team through all design, production, approval and construction phases.
