Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Land Development Division to support our growing Data Center group.

The ideal candidate will manage civil engineering projects, coordinate with clients, and lead design through construction phases. This position requires Land Development experience, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and the ability to travel to project sites and Westwood offices across the United States.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years total experience, with four years in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• This position requires travel to project sites and Westwood offices nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage Land Development Data Center civil projects on schedule and within budget.
• Consult with clients to determine project requirements.
• Analyze soil, terrain, hydrological data to plan design.
• Visit project sites to assess existing conditions.
• Prepare reports, designs, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct on-site observations during construction.
• Prepare calculations, construction documents, and inspection reports.
• Support and communicate with team through all design stages.
