Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil design and execution across EPC power generation, renewables, BESS, substation, and industrial projects. You will mentor staff, coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental teams, and drive design through all project phases.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years of experience, and readiness to travel for site visits and field verification.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Significant experience supporting EPC power generation, renewable energy, transmission, substation, utility, or industrial infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience leading civil engineering scope on multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to travel periodically for site visits, field verification, and project activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil engineering design and analysis activities for power generation, renewable energy, BESS, substation, transmission, and industrial infrastructure projects.
• Develop conceptual studies, feasibility assessments, preliminary engineering packages, and detailed design deliverables.
• Lead the design and review of site grading plans, stormwater management, drainage and conveyance systems, erosion and sediment control plans, access roads, underground utilities, and foundations.
• Perform advanced engineering calculations in hydrology, hydraulics, earthwork, and foundation loading.
• Develop and review engineering reports, design basis documents, and technical specifications.
• Lead civil scope through all project phases: concept, detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor engineers throughout execution.
• Support project estimating, scope development, and proposal activities.
