Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions seeks an experienced Civil Engineer IV to lead civil engineering scope for EPC power generation, renewable energy, and industrial infrastructure projects. This senior role delivers technical leadership, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and drives design through all project phases.

You’ll mentor junior engineers, develop complex civil solutions, review calculations, and support permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE license required or strongly preferred.
• 8–12 years of civil engineering experience, EPC, power/energy projects.
• Experience leading civil scope on multidisciplinary projects preferred.
• Ability to travel periodically for site visits and project activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering scope through conceptual to detailed design and construction.
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural, electrical, and environmental teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and review engineering work for accuracy.
• Support permitting, regulatory compliance, and design reviews.
• Provide technical leadership during construction and commissioning.
