Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- PE license required.
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
- Extensive EPC experience in power generation, industrial, utility, transmission, or infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading large multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across conceptual design, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, startup, and commissioning.
- Review and approve key electrical deliverables, vendor drawings, and technical submittals.
- Lead interdisciplinary design reviews and system integration workshops across teams.
- Mentor engineers and support staffing, workload, and development initiatives.
- Ensure electrical designs comply with NEC, IEEE, NESC, and client requirements.
