Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a chocolate retail team in our Lindt shops across the United States, including Princeton, NJ. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and uphold Lindt standards to deliver a premium customer experience.

Role requires previous retail experience, ability to work nights and weekends, and strong attention to inventory, cash handling, and procedures. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour and may include a bonus component.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: meet or exceed sales plan; communicate mission to staff; monitor stock levels.
• Staff Development: train sales staff and ensure brand representation; escalate issues timely.
• Operational Controls: maintain QA policies; manage cash/logs; ensure store cleanliness.
