Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Princeton, NJ store, driving sales growth and delivering a premium in-store experience. You will supervise a friendly team, model Lindt standards, and support POS and stock control to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong retail/soft sell skills, can train staff, and maintain quality controls while working nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background and customer service experience.
• Ability to take direction, delegate tasks and lead others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills for POS and cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales plans and drive district targets.
• Train and coach sales staff to meet standards.
• Maintain inventory, cash handling, and QA compliance.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper security procedures.
