Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Chemical Compounding Manager to lead the bulk compounding operations, supervise staff, and ensure batching, equipment use, and process execution meet production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.

You will partner with the Executive R&D and Regulatory Manager for escalations, provide training, maintain batch records, and drive continuous improvements while enforcing GMP and ISO training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of work experience in a compounding/blending environment.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily workflow of the bulk compounding department.
• Enforce GMP and safety policies of the Company.
• Plan and schedule daily compounding operations in partnership with the Executive R&D and Regulatory Manager.
• Train, coach, and develop staff.
• Ensure batch records and QA compliance.
