Bright Innovation Labs in Beloit, OH, seeks a Compounding Supervisor to oversee the Compounding Department, ensuring efficient production of bulk materials to SOPs and WI. You will lead compounders and material handlers, coordinating with production and warehouse to maintain correct material flow and inventory control, while driving quality, safety and cGMP compliance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years supervising manufacturing staff; liquid manufacturing experience

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 4-year degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years supervising hourly direct reports in manufacturing.
• Liquid manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and supervises the compounding and pre-weigh teams to achieve KPI targets and safety.
• Monitors flow of product from raw materials to production lines and coordinates with warehouse.
• Develops work schedules, trains staff, and ensures SOPs and WI are followed.
• Maintains accuracy of department paperwork and implements corrective actions for deviations.
• Maintains housekeeping and safety standards; conducts safety training and incident reporting.
• Assists internal and external audits and updates SOPs and manufacturing instructions.
