Job summary

You will lead product communications strategy, launches, and proactive campaigns, and manage the agency partner supporting this work. You will develop a clear narrative for our consumer products, bringing it to life through launches, demonstrations, and stories about how people use AI daily.

• Experience leading product communications for consumer tech brands.
• Proven track record in launches, campaigns, and media outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own the communications strategy and narrative for consumer ChatGPT products.
• Lead product launches from strategy through execution, including messaging and media outreach.
• Develop proactive campaigns showing how people use our products in daily life.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering, Marketing, Design, Legal, and other teams.
• Manage the consumer communications agency partner and ensure quality and results.
• Write and edit launch materials, pitches, and talking points with clarity and originality.
• Forecast questions, incorporate audience feedback, and assess impact on trust.
