Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a seasoned partner marketing leader to shape the ecosystem strategy for ChatGPT Ads. You will design go-to-market frameworks that activate technology, measurement, and strategic partners, turning partnerships into measurable business impact.

You will collaborate with product, legal, and brand teams to craft partner-ready value propositions, onboard new advertisers via partners, and scale co-marketing programs across launches, events, and content.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner marketing, platform marketing, product marketing, ecosystem marketing, or related role in advertising or technology.
• Understand the digital advertising ecosystem across buying platforms, measurement providers, agencies, and marketing tech.
• Experience building partner programs from the ground up and turning partnerships into scalable go-to-market motions.
• Able to switch between strategic framework design and campaign execution with partners.

Responsibilities

• Support ecosystem strategy to drive advertiser adoption, revenue, and ecosystem growth.
• Develop differentiated go-to-market strategies across partner segments.
• Build and scale partner marketing frameworks based on partner potential and advertiser impact.
• Design and execute integrated co-marketing programs across launches, events, content, webinars, and stories.
• Translate partnerships into advertiser-facing value propositions with product and partnerships teams.
• Drive advertiser acquisition and activation through partners, onboarding, and adoption of new capabilities.
• Create scalable partner enablement materials for partner sales and customer teams.
