Job summary

OpenAI’s B2B Marketing team seeks a senior product marketing leader for ChatGPT Work in San Francisco. You will own strategy, narrative, and go-to-market direction, shaping how professionals and enterprises adopt AI-powered workflows across surfaces and tools.

You will define portfolio priorities, translate product capabilities into practical customer workflows, and partner with Product, Growth, Sales, and Research to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or closely related go-to-market leadership roles.
• Strong track record of defining product and category strategy, not just executing launches.
• Experience bringing products to market across self-serve and enterprise motions.
• Exceptional positioning, writing, and storytelling skills for professional users and executive buyers.
• Demonstrated success working with Product and Engineering to shape priorities and tradeoffs.
• Experience leading through influence and developing other product marketers.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to link programs to adoption and business impact.
• Practical understanding of how knowledge workers use AI across functions.
• High standards for craft, honesty, and clear communication in fast-changing environments.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and hands-on experience using modern AI products.

Responsibilities

• Own the ChatGPT Work product marketing strategy: define audience, market opportunity, positioning, and go-to-market priorities for professional users, teams, and enterprise customers.
• Build a clear and differentiated product narrative explaining what ChatGPT Work enables and how it differs from a traditional chat experience.
• Lead the portfolio across launches and sustained adoption with education, activation, and recurring usage plans.
• Translate product capabilities into concrete workflows with demos, stories, and programs across web, desktop, mobile, and connected tools.
• Drive adoption from first task to team-wide usage by partnering with product, Growth, Lifecycle, and Sales.
• Shape the product through customer and market insight, bringing research and feedback into decisions.
• Build enterprise confidence and field readiness with governance and executive buy-in storytelling.
• Lead cross-functional decisions and raise the quality bar by aligning teams and coaching marketers.
• Measure impact with adoption, activation, retention, and business outcomes.
