Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an experienced partner marketing leader to scale the ChatGPT Ads ecosystem. You will define the strategy, programs, and go-to-market frameworks that activate our partner network and deliver measurable advertiser value.

You will collaborate with technology, measurement, agencies, and strategic partners to drive adoption, increase investment, and demonstrate the value of conversational advertising across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in partner marketing or related roles in advertising or tech.
• Understanding digital advertising ecosystem and buyers across platforms, agencies, measurement providers, and martech.
• Experience building partner programs from ground up and scaling go-to-market motions.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated go-to-market strategies across technology, measurement, and other partner segments.
• Build and scale partner marketing frameworks prioritizing resources based on partner potential and advertiser impact.
• Design and execute integrated co-marketing programs across launches, campaigns, events, content, webinars, and customer stories.
• Partner with product and partnerships teams to translate strategic relationships into advertiser-facing value propositions.
• Drive advertiser acquisition and activation through partners, onboarding new advertisers and accelerating adoption of new capabilities.
• Create scalable partner enablement programs and marketing materials for partner sales and customer teams.
